As the driving force behind Agoura Hills Financial since 2010, I have made an indelible mark as a private money lender. My vision, coupled with strategic acumen, has led to successful debt placements surpassing $120 million, with a current oversight of a $33 million debt portfolio in multifamily and commercial ventures.
My expertise extends to real estate acquisitions, with a track record of over $130 million. My private lending firm has facilitated over $130 million in private money loans. Beyond this, I’m now actively involved in raising a $100 million fund, which showcases my commitment to scaling impactful ventures.
However, I want my groundbreaking approach to affordable housing to become my true legacy. Since 2005, I've been crafting trailblazing models that harmonize societal upliftment with impressive ROI. Collaborations with organizations such as the Veterans Administration Housing Program and Old Pueblo Community Services underscore my dedication to community-centered growth.
With my multifaceted background as a property owner, lender, and real estate expert, I’m in a position to share unparalleled insights into successful real estate operations and construction management. From ground-up projects to portfolio expansion, my vision is evident in the ongoing development of three socially conscious ground-up apartment projects, totaling 252 units in the vibrant Mid-Wilshire and Koreatown markets.
